Hypoxia-induced Triglyceride Quantification

BMECs were pretreated with hypoxia for 72 h. TAG levels were determined as described previously (26 (link)). Briefly, the treated cells were firstly digested by trypsin and collected, and then the triglyceride test solution was extracted according to the instructions of the triglyceride detection kit (Applygen, Beijing, China). Finally, the microplate reader (BIORAD, CA, USA) was adjusted to the appropriate wavelength and the triglyceride content was calculated according to the OD value.
