Purification and NMR Analysis of Proteins

Luria broth, Tris and HEPES were obtained from Carl Roth GmbH & Co. Ni-NTA beads were purchased from Qiagen and Biobeads were ordered from Bio-Rad. ATP and sodium meta-arsenite were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Complete EDTA free protease inhibitor cocktail tablets were bought from Roche and Run Blue precast SDS-PAGE gels from Expedeon. Lipids were obtained from Avanti Polar Lipids. All other compounds were from PanReac AppliChem reagents. For size exclusion chromatography Sephadex 200 10/300GL and PD10 column for buffer exchange were from GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Labelled glucose (13C) and other amino acids were ordered from Cambridge Isotope Laboratories (CIL) while ammonium chloride (15N) was obtained from Cortecnet. The Gd3+-DOTA complex was bought from BOC sciences.
