(Pleasanton, CA, USA). Eppendorf LoBind 1.5 mL Microcentrifuge Tubes PCR Clean as well as PCR tubes were both obtained from Eppendorf (Hamburg, HH, Germany). All water used in our study was Ultrapure (18.3 MΩ cm) (Milli-Q Synthesis A10, Millipore, Burlington, MA, USA).
