Images were taken with an AxioCam MRc digital camera. Two lenses were used: an EC-Plan-Neofluar 10×/0.3 Ph1 and an EC-Plan-Neofluar 40×/0.75 Ph2. Experiments were performed at 37°C in medium supplemented with 10 mM HEPES buffer to keep constant pH.
