A549 cells were seeded in 6-well plate, cultured for 24 h, and then transfected with 1 μg pGMFOXO-Lu (Genomeditech, Shanghai, China) and 0.05 μg pRL-TK Renilla (Beyotime, Nantong, China) with 10 μl Lipofectamine 2000 and incubated for 24 h at 37 ℃ with LZ-101. Cells were lysed with Promega passive lysis buffer and assayed by using Promega dual luciferase (Firefly luciferase/Renilla luciferase) kit.
