Serum Testosterone and PSA Measurement

After the 5 weeks of the experiment, the rats were fasted overnight and then overdosed with Ketamine and Xylazine before they were sacrificed. To obtain the serum, we took blood samples directly from the abdominal aorta and centrifuged them for 15 minutes at 3000 g.
