Angiotension II (Ang II) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). Bortezomib (BTZ) was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA). Trypsin, streptomycin, penicillin and fetal calf serum (FCS) were from Hyclone (Logan, UT, USA). Losartan (LST), U0126, wortmannin, SB203580, SP600125 and H-89 were supplied by Calbiochem (La Jolla, CA).
