Soy Lecithin (SPC), cholesterol, and DSPE‐TK‐PEG2000 were obtained from Xi'an Ruixi Biological Technology Co., Ltd (Xian, China). Chlorin e6 (Ce6) was provided by Solarbio LIFE SCIENCES (Beijing, China). ML385 was brought from MedChemExpress (MCE) (Shanghai, China). L‐Arginine (Arg) was purchased from GL Biochem Ltd (Shanghai, China). All cell fluorescence probes and detection kits were purchased from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). And all biological inhibitors were purchased from MedChemExpress (MCE) (Shanghai, China). Ultrapure mili‐Q water was used in all experiments.

Aβ peptide powder was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Angiopep-2 peptide (TFFYGGSRGKRNNFK TEEYC) with thiol group was synthesized by China peptide Co., Ltd. (Suzhou, China). The amphiphilic polymer with various molecular weight and thioketal (TK) bond linkage-bridged DSPE-TK-PEG₂₀₀₀, DSPE-TK-PEG₃₄₀₀, DSPE-TK-PEG₃₄₀₀-Mal, and iron oxide (Fe₃O₄) nanoparticles with 10 nm of diameter were obtained from Xi’an ruixi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (China). The Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles (1 mg) need to be modified by DSPE-PEG (10 mg) under sonication and evaporation before use. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and 2’,7’-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) were supplied by Beyotime Biotechnology (China).

Emodin was obtained from Chenguang Biotechnology Co., LTD (Xi’an, China). Geniposide was purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). L-alpha-phosphatidyl choline (SPC) and cholesterol were acquired from Shanghai Ryon Biological Technology Co. Ltd (Shanghai, China). DSPE-TK-PEG₂₀₀₀ was obtained from Xi’an RuiXi Biological Technology Co., LTD (Xi’an, China). Additionally, 2′,7′-Dichlorofluorescin diacetate was purchased from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), MitoSox Red was obtained from MCE (MedChemExpress), and MitoQ was acquired from GLPBIO. Antibodies, including VE-cadherin, cleaved caspase-3, BAX, Bcl-2, and β-actin, were purchased from Proteintech (IL, USA).
