DETCA Suppresses SOD Activity

We used DETCA (Sigma-Aldrich) to suppress SOD activity in vivo and in vitro. For in vitro and in vivo experiments, DETCA at 1 mM and 300 mg/kg per day was used, respectively, as these were the highest doses that did not show side effects.
