Apoptosis test was carried out as follow: A549 cells were seeded in a 24-well plates. Cells were then incubated with TAT-PZLL-D3, PZLL-D3/p53/DOX or TAT-PZLL-D3/p53/DOX complexes at 37 ℃ for 24 h.
