Sephadex g 25 prepacked pd10 columns

Manufactured by GE Healthcare
Sourced in United States

Sephadex G-25 prepacked PD10 columns are a type of size-exclusion chromatography media used for the separation and purification of biomolecules. These pre-packed columns provide a convenient and standardized way to perform desalting, buffer exchange, and sample cleanup procedures. The Sephadex G-25 material within the columns is designed to effectively separate small molecules from larger biomolecules, allowing for the rapid and efficient removal of unwanted salts, buffers, or other low molecular weight substances from samples.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
