T 75 cell culture flask

Manufactured by BD
Sourced in Italy

The T-75 cell culture flask is a laboratory equipment designed for the culturing of cells. It provides a surface area of 75 cm² for cell growth and proliferation. The flask is made of transparent polystyrene material, allowing for visual inspection of the cell culture.

Expansion and Characterization of hUCMSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The hUCMSCs cells were grown in T-75 cell culture flask (Falcon, Italy) at early passages (1–6), in complete culture medium MEM, supplemented with 10% FBS and antibiotics (penicillin G sodium 100 U/mL, streptomycin 100 U/mL), in a humidified and controlled atmosphere at 37 °C and 5% CO2. The medium was changed every 3–4 days. When confluent growth was reached, the cells were detached with 0.25% trypsin—EDTA solution and washed twice with PBS. The resulting cell suspensions were centrifuged (5 min, 1000 rpm; BRK55/10 Centrifuge by Centurion Scientific Ltd., Stoughton, UK), the supernatant separated, and the cells re-suspended in fresh culture medium. Viable cells were counted using the TC20 automated Cell Counter (Biorad, Hercules, CA, USA).

Evaluating L929 Cell Response

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To evaluate the biological
response of the formulations, L929 cells derived from mouse C34/An
connective tissues (Sigma-Aldrich, USA) were used. L929 cells were
grown in a T-75 cell culture flask (Falcon, Italy), in cell culture
medium Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s medium (Hyclone,
USA) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and antibiotics (penicillin
G sodium 100 U/mL, streptomycin 100 μg/mL) at 37 °C and
5% CO2. The medium was changed every 3–4 days.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
