grown in a T-75 cell culture flask (Falcon, Italy), in cell culture
medium Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s medium (Hyclone,
USA) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and antibiotics (penicillin
G sodium 100 U/mL, streptomycin 100 μg/mL) at 37 °C and
5% CO2. The medium was changed every 3–4 days.
