Gedatolisib was dissolved in DMSO as 1 mM stock solution and stored at −80 °C. Everolimus was dissolved in 100% ethanol as a 10 mM stock solution and stored at −20 °C.
The final concentration of drugs was obtained by dilution with culture medium.
