Octyl-α-ketoglutarate (octyl-α-KG) and octyl-α-hydroxyglutarate (octyl-2-HG) were from Cayman (Cat: 11970 and 16366, Ann Arbor, MI, USA).
AGI-6780 and MG132 were purchased from MedChemExpress (Cat: HY-15734 and HY-13259, Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA).
The following antibodies were used: mouse anti-IDH2 (Cat: ab55271, Abcam, Cambridge, MA, USA),
mouse anti-β-actin (Cat: A5441, Sigma),
rabbit anti-LMP1 (Cat: ab78113, Abcam), rabbit anti-IDH1 (Cat: ab172964, Abcam), and
