Tetrahydrofuran (THF), sodium (+)-ascorbate (NaAsc), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), and dichloromethane (DCM) were purchased from FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corp. (Osaka, Japan). Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), copper(I) bromide (CuBr), and lithium chloride (LiCl) were purchased from Nacalai Tesque Co., Ltd. (Kyoto, Japan). Lead(II) chloride (PbCl2) and iron(III) nitrate (Fe(NO3)3·9H2O) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Water was purified with a Millipore Milli-Q system. Other reagents were used as received.
t-Butyl 4-azido-5-hexynoate (tBuAH) was prepared according to the procedure reported previously [32 ].
