The Myc-tagged BCL7C plasmid was generated by inserting the full-length cDNA amplified by PCR into the pcDNA3.1/Myc-His vector between the XhoI and NheI sites, using the primers 5′-CTAGCTAGCATGGCCGGCCGGACTGTA-3′ and 5′-CCCTCGAG TGGGGTCAGGGGCATTTGGGCAGAT-3′. The plasmids encoding non-tagged mtp53s (R175H, Y220C, S241F, R248W, R249S, and R273H) were generated as previously described (Chen et al., 2019 (link)).
