Immunofluorescence Assay for KSHV Proteins

Immunofluorescence assay was performed as previously described5 (link) using antibodies to ORF655 (link), LANA (Abcam), p62 (Cell Signaling), phosphorylated IRF3 (pIRF3, Novus Biologicals), and pTBK1 (Cell Signaling). Signal was detected with an Alexa488-, Alexa555-, or Alexa647-conjugated secondary antibody (Life Technologies). Images were acquired using an Olympus FV2000 Confocal Microscope with CellSens Software. Magenta of Alexa647 was shown as green pseudocolor for better presentation.
