Piezo2 egfp ires cre
Piezo2-EGfp-ires-Cre is a plasmid construct that expresses the Piezo2 ion channel protein, as well as enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGfp) and Cre recombinase. This product can be used for research purposes to study the expression and localization of the Piezo2 channel in cells.

The following strains were used: Piezo2EGFP-IRES-Cre (The Jackson Laboratory, #027719), Gli1CreERT2 (The Jackson Laboratory, #007913), Rosa26tdTomato (The Jackson Laboratory, #007909), and Thy1-YFP16 (The Jackson Laboratory, #003709).
In all experiments, at least three mice from different litters were used. Mice were genotyped by PCR of genomic DNA from ear clips. Primer sequences and amplicon sizes are listed in
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
