SYTO™ 9 green fluorescent nucleic acid stain was ordered from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, Massachusetts, USA). Murine macrophage cell line RAW264.7 and murine fibroblast cell line L929 were got from Cell Bank of the Chinese Academic of Sciences (Shanghai, China). Drug-resistant S. aureus ATCC 43300 (MRSA) was from Dr. Xu (School of Medicine, Yangzhou University).
