Phagocytosis Assay of TLR2-Activated Macrophages

MoMΦ were cultured in 4-well chamber slides (3 × 105 live cells per well), left untreated or stimulated with TLR2 agonists (Mag-Pam2Cys_P48, Mag-Pam2Cys_P80, Mag-Pam2Cys_Mag1000).
