Il 10 kits

Manufactured by R&D Systems
Sourced in United States, Germany

The IL-10 kits from R&D Systems are designed to quantify levels of the cytokine interleukin-10 in biological samples. These kits utilize an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) format to detect and measure IL-10 concentrations. The core function of these kits is to provide a reliable and accurate method for researchers to analyze IL-10 expression in various experimental settings.

Cytokine Secretion in THP-1 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
THP-1 cells (5 × 105 cells/well) were seeded in 24 well plates and incubated for 24 hm then treated with LPS to induce the secretion of inflammatory related cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-10) or treated with LPS+EPS for 48 h. After incubation, the concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-10 in the culture medium were determined using DuoSet ELISA kits (TNF-α kits, Catalog #KE0068, Proteintech, Rosemont, IL, USA; IL-1β kits, Catalog #RAB0273, Sigma-Aldrich, Steinheim, Germany; IL-10 kits, Catalog #DY217B-05, R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MI, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
