Sephadex g 25 pd 10 pre packed columns

Lipids, 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC), cholesterol from ovine wool (CHOL) and DSPE-PEG₂₀₀₀-maleimide were purchased from Avanti Polar Lipids, Inc. (Alabaster, Alabama). CAR peptide, available from and being commercially developed by Vascular Biosciences (Goleta, CA), was custom synthesized by LifeTein, LLC (South Plainfield, NJ). Fasudil hydrochloride and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were purchased from LC Laboratories, Inc. (Woburn, MA) and (EMD Millipore, Billerica, MA), respectively. Sephadex-G-25 PD-10 pre-packed columns were purchased from GE Healthcare (Piscataway, New Jersey, USA). All other chemicals, including chloroform, methanol, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), acetonitrile and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), were of analytical grade and obtained from various vendors in the United States. All chemicals were used without further purification.

Fasudil monohydrochloride was purchased from LC labs, Inc. (Woburn, MA, USA). Sephadex-G-25 PD-10 pre-packed columns and Ficoll-Paque PLUS were from GE Healthcare Biosciences (Piscataway, NJ, USA). All other chemicals including methanol, phosphate buffered saline (PBS 1X), acetonitrile, and dimethyl sulfoxide were of analytical grade and obtained from various vendors in the United States. All chemicals were used without further purification.
