CLEAR-amide resin and 6-chloro-benzotriazole-1-yloxy-tris-pyrrolidinophosphonium hexafluorophosphate (PyClock) were purchased from Peptides International (Louisville, KY). All natural Fmoc-protected amino acids and N-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt) were received from Advanced ChemTech (Louisville, KY). The lysine protected with ivDde (K-ivDde) and PEG₂ was procured from Chem-Impex International (Wood Dale, IL). Trypsin, Pronase E, and 85 % m/m H₃PO₄ solution in water were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO), and 6-carboxyfluorescein (6-FAM) was obtained from AnaSpec (Fremont, CA).
