Rituximab (MabThera, Roche) a chimeric monoclonal antibody directed against CD20 was purchased as its commercial formulation and obinutuzumab (GA101) a glycoengineered Type II CD20 monoclonal antibody was kindly provided by Roche. Anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor RMP1-14 was from BioXCell.
