Rabbit polyclonal anti-GBP1 antibody was provided by Dr EM Frickel (Francis Crick Institute). Rabbit polyclonal anti-GRA7 antibody was provided by Dr JC Boothroyd (Stanford University School of Medicine). Mouse monoclonal anti-GRA2 and rabbit polyclonal anti-Gap45 antibodies were provided by Dr D Soldati-Favre (University of Geneva). Anti-PIP2 antibody (2C11) was purchased from Abcam. Anti-PS antibody (1H6) was purchased from Millipore. Recombinant mouse IFN-γ was purchased from PeproTech.
