Immunohistochemical Analysis of DLG5 and PRDM16 in Breast Cancer

Four-micrometer sections from breast cancer paraffin-embedded tissue samples were used to perform IHC staining by PV-6000 detection kits, and ZLI-9032 DAB substrate kit (Beijing Zhongshan golden bridge Biotechnology Co. Ltd., Beijing, China) The sections were incubated in anti-DLG5 antibody (1:300, catalog number ab231283, Abcam) or anti-PRDM16 antibody (1:400, catalog number ab106410, Abcam) at 4 °C overnight. The results of IHC staining were evaluated by an experienced pathologist, and quantification of the reaction was performed using the histoscore system as previously described48 (link).
