Cd34 pe antibody

Manufactured by Beckman Coulter

The CD34-PE antibody is a laboratory equipment product used for the identification and enumeration of CD34-positive cells in biological samples. It is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD34 surface antigen, which is expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells. The CD34-PE antibody can be used in flow cytometry analysis to quantify the presence of CD34-positive cells in various applications, such as stem cell research and diagnostics.

Flow Cytometric Analysis of TLR7 and TLR8

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cells derived from normal pancreas, chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer tissues were analyzed on a flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter, Krefeld, Germany) with a software package (Coulter, Epics XL-MCL, System II). TLR7 antibody was purchased from Imgenex, TLR8 was provided by ProSci. CD34-PE antibody, FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody and isotype control antibodies were purchased by Beckman Coulter. For intracellular staining we used IntraPrep kit (Beckman Coulter).

UCART19 Cytotoxicity Assay against NALM6 and Ramos Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
NALM6CBR-GFP or RamosCBR-GFP target cells were seeded at a density of 25,000 cells per well in a 96-well plate in RPMI complete media. UCART19 cells were purified from the spleens of NSG mice on day +28 by labeling with CD34-PE antibody (Beckman Coulter, IM1459U) followed by anti-PE microbeads (Miltenyi, 130-048-801) and selecting bead-bound cells on the AutoMACS. Cryopreserved UCART19 input cells from Day 0 were used as a control. UCART19 cells were co-cultured with target cells at E:T ratios ranging from 4:1 to 1:4 at 37 °C for 20 h. Absolute cell counts of viable target cells were quantified by flow cytometry using 7-aminoactinomycin D and GFP.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
