Rat elisa kit
The Rat ELISA Kit is a laboratory assay used to quantify specific analytes in rat biological samples. It utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to detect and measure target molecules. The kit provides the necessary reagents and protocols to perform the ELISA analysis.

Hippocampal Apoptosis and NF-kB Evaluation
The plasma insulin concentration was determined by rat ELISA kit (Cayman chem., Ann Arbor, MI, USA; Cat. No: 589501). Also, the NF-kB activity in hippocampus was determined by measuring the phosphorylated NF-kB p65 levels with an ELISA kit (Cayman Chemical, Ann Arbor, MI), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. we measured apoptosis rate in this tissue using cell death detection ELISA kit (1544675, Roche, Germany) at 405 nm as previously described.18 (link) According to the manufacturer’s instructions, 20-mg sections from hippocampus were homogenized in 400 μl of hypotonic buffer for 15 min and centrifuged at 14,000×g for 10 min at 4 °C. The supernatant was used for determination apoptosis rate. The remaining nuclear pellet was resuspended in 100 μl of extract buffer for 10 min and centrifuged at 14,000×g for 10 min at 4 °C. The supernatant containing the nuclear fraction was used for quantification of NF-kB activity.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
