Tlr3 pe

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in United States

TLR3-PE is a monoclonal antibody that binds to Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3), a pattern recognition receptor involved in the detection of viral double-stranded RNA. The antibody is conjugated with the fluorescent dye phycoerythrin (PE), allowing for the detection and quantification of TLR3-expressing cells by flow cytometry.

B Cell Phenotyping by Flow Cytometry

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
At 24 h, B cells were washed with ice-cold PBS buffer and then stained with antibodies to CD19-APC, CD40-PE, CD86-PE, MHC II (Iab)-PE (BD Biosciences), or TLR3-PE (BioLegend, San Diego, CA, USA) for 30 min at 4°C. For intracellular TLR3 staining, cells were stained with antibody to CD19-APC and then fixed and permeabilised with a Cytofix/Cytoperm kit according to BD Biosciences. Permeabilised cells were incubated with PE-conjugated anti-TLR3 mAb. Data were collected using FACS Calibur (BD Biosciences) and analysed by FlowJo software.

Intracellular Staining of BAL Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
BAL cells were collected after LC. The cells were fixed, permeabilized, and subjected to intracellular staining. The following primary antibodies were used; MyD88 (R&D system, Minneapolis, MN) CD11c-FITC, TLR3-PE, and F4/80-APC-Cy7 (® BioLegend, San Diego, CA). Data were analyzed using Flow Jo software.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
