Ctla4 antibody

Manufactured by BioXCell

CTLA4 antibody is a laboratory reagent used in biomedical research. It is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the CTLA4 protein, which is involved in regulating the immune response. The CTLA4 antibody can be used to study the role of CTLA4 in various biological processes.

Antibodies against cation-independent MPR, clathrin heavy chain, and LAMP2 were purchased from Abcam. CD45-PE, CD4-PerCP, CD8α-PE, and antirabbit IgG-Alexa647 antibodies were obtained from BD Bioscience. 3MA was purchased from Sigma. Cytosolic and membrane protein fractions were extracted using the Qproteome Cell Compartment kit (Qiagen). CTLA4 antibody was purchased from BioXcell.

Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine and Immune Depletion Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For the therapeutic cancer vaccine model, 1×106 cells of E.G7-OVA were injected subcutaneously at the right flank. On days 3 and 10, 10 µg of OVA or OVA plus 100 µg of UNE-C1 were injected at the opposite dorsal side. For the depletion model, 200 µg of anti-CD4, anti-CD8, and anti-NK1.1 antibodies (BioXcell) was injected intraperitoneally on days 2, 5, 8, and 11. For testing the synergy effect of anti-CTLA-4 antibody and UNE-C1, 200 µg of CTLA-4 antibody (BioXcell) in saline was injected intraperitoneally on days 3, 6, 9, and 12. For the TC-1 mouse model tumor, mice were inoculated with 1×105 cells of TC-1. On days 6 and 13, 20 µg of E743–62 (GQAEPDRAHYNIVTFCCKCD) or E743–62 plus 100 µg of UNE-C1 was injected. Tumors were measured with a digital caliper and calculated using the formula 0.52×length×width.2 (link) When the tumor reached higher than 1500 mm3, the mice were euthanized.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
