Activation and Cytokine Profiling of PBMCs

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (1 × 106) were stimulated with PMA (500 ng/ml), ionomycin (2 μg/ml), and brefeldin A (10 μg/ml) for 5 h at 37°C in 5% CO2. Multiparametric Flow Cytometry Profiling
