Concentration-Response Assay for Trypanocidal Compounds

The concentration-response assay was performed in 96-well cell culture plates to which 100 μl of a cell suspension (2x104 cells), 100 μl of the trypanocidal compounds at increasing concentrations and 20 μl of AlamarBlue was added. All aqueous solutions were made using demineralised water.
