Peripheral blood samples of ApoE KO mice were collected from the postcaval vein using a 24-gauge catheter (382412, BD) at 28 days. The blood plasma was separated using Ficoll-Paque plus (#17–1440-03, GE). Multiplex Biomarker Profiling in Mice
