ACE (EC 3.4.15.1, from rabbit lung), hippuryl-L-histidyl-L-leucine (HHL), acetonitrile (ACN, HPLC grade), captopril (>99% purity), and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) were purchased from Sigma Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Lactobacillus Taming

(activity≥200 U/mg, Solarbio) at pH 9 and 45℃ for 400 min followed by adding

6) and incubating at 55℃ for 240 min. The final mixture was autoclaved at 121℃

L. helveticus independent of MRS broth was used as the starter in the

Yak Bone Peptides Extraction Optimization

Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Shanghai, China). HPLC grade acetonitrile (ACN) was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, USA). GP-16 and GD-18 (purity > 98%) was chemical synthesized and purified using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) by Beijing Protein Innovation (Beijing, China). All other chemicals and reagents were of analytical grade, unless otherwise stated.
