The targets of drug action were obtained through the TCMSP database^{37 (link)} (https://old.tcmsp-e.com/tcmsp.php) and the Swiss database^{38 (link),39 (link)} (http://www.swisstargetprediction.ch/). Disease targets were obtained through the GeneCards^{40 (link)} (https://www.genecards.org/), DisGeNET^{41 (link)} (https://www.disgenet.org/), and OMIM databases^{42 (link)} (https://www.omim.org). They were then normalized by the UniProt database^{43 (link)} (http://www.uniprot.org/help/uniprotkb).
