Psoriasis cases (n = 6344) and unrelated, unaffected controls (n = 6085) of European Caucasian descent were collected in North America and Sweden (Supplementary Material, Table S1). The cohort was genotyped using the Affymetrix Axiom Biobank Plus Genotyping Array at the Affymetrix facility (Santa Clara, CA). In addition to the exome array content analysed in the present study, the chip included genome-wide and customized content analysed as part of a concurrent GWAS meta-analysis (16 (link)).
