Single-Cell RNA-seq with GEXSCOPE® Kit

Single-cell suspensions with 1×10⁵ cells/mL in concentration in PBS (HyClone) were prepared. They were loaded onto microfluidic devices and scRNA-seq libraries were constructed according to the manufacturer’s (Singleron GEXSCOPE^®) protocol using the GEXSCOPE^® Single-Cell RNA Library Kit (Singleron Biotechnologies) (20 (link)). Individual libraries were then diluted to 4nM and pooled for sequencing. These were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq X with 150 bp paired-end reads. The scRNA-Seq data are available at the Gene Expression Omnibus (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/. GEO accession number: GSE190329).
