Cell Cycle Analysis of miR-17-92 Modulation

PMCs transfected with miR-17-92 mimics/inhibitors/scramble were synchronized at the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle by serum starvation for 24/48 h with 0.5% FBS^{29 (link)}. Then cells were harvested and stained with propidium iodide (PI) for cell cycle analysis using Click-iT EDU flow cytometry assay kit (Invitrogen, CA, USA) on a Cytomics FC 500 MPL Flow Cytometer (Beckman Coulter, Brea, CA, USA) with RXP software (Beckman Coulter). Data were analyzed using MODFIT LT 4.1 software.
