Secondary antibodies conjugated with horseradish peroxidase were obtained from Santa Cruz Biotech (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). siRNAs (FlexiTube siRNA) for CXXC5 were purchased from Qiagen Inc. (Düsseldorf, Germany). Camptothecin (13637) was purchased from Cell Signaling Technology.
