Immunohistochemical Analysis of Breast Cancer Tissue

After being autoclaved in EnVision FLEX Target Retrieval Solution High pH (Agilent Technologies, Inc.) for 20 min, paraffin‐embedded tissue sections from the breast cancer tissue array (Cat. No. T8235721‐5, BioChain) were treated with 3% hydrogen peroxide for 15 min at room temperature. After blocking using SuperBlock T20 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.), the sections were incubated with H₂Mab‐77‐mG_2a‐f (10 μg/mL) for 60 min and then with the EnVision+ Kit for mouse (Agilent Technologies, Inc.) for 30 min. The chromogenic reaction was performed as described previously.
