ERG Immunohistochemistry Protocol

ERG protein immunohistochemistry was performed as previously described on standard histologic slides or tissue microarray spots using a rabbit monoclonal anti-ERG antibody (Clone EPR3864; Ventana Medical Systems) (23 (link)), and was scored dichotomously using a previously genetically-validated scoring system (24 (link)).
