Immunoblotting was conducted as previously described [25 (link),26 (link),27 (link),28 (link)]. Primary antibodies against cleaved PARP (#9541), HA-tag (#3724), phospho-Src (Y416) (#6743), phospho-STAT3 (Y705) (#9145), and Src (#2108) were bought from Cell Signaling Technology (Boston, MA, USA). Primary antibodies against α-tubulin (GTX112141), BCL-2 (GTX100064), and STAT3 (GTX104616) were obtained from GeneTex (Irvine, CA, USA). All secondary antibodies were acquired from Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories (West Grove, PA, USA).
