Measuring Lung Capacity with CT Imaging

Segmentation of pneumonia and the total lung capacity on CT (TLC_ct) were calculated on full-inspiratory CT using a SYNAPSE VINCENT volume analyzer (Fujifilm Medical, Tokyo, Japan),25 (link) and the predicted TLC_ct% was calculated based on the predicted values.26 (link) Representative images of the TLC_ct are shown in online supplemental figure 2.
