AG1478 were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). Compound 542 (Fig. 1a) was prepared with a purity of 99.2% as described in our previous study34 (link). AG1478 and compound 542 were dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for in vitro experiments and in 1% sodium carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC-Na) for in vivo experiments. Antibodies against GAPDH, p-EGFR and p-AKT were purchased from Cell Signaling (Danvers, MA, USA). Antibodies against p-ERK, TGF-β, Collagen4, cleaved caspase 3, Bax, Bcl-2, and TLR4 were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA). Antibody against CD68 was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA). Human vascular smooth muscle cell line was purchased from R&S Biotech. Co., LTD (Shanghai, China).
