Lupin Lipid Analysis by ANOVA

The statistical analysis was performed with GraphPad Prism 9.1.0 (Dotmatics, Boston, MA, USA); the dataset was constituted by the concentration of each LA expressed as mg Kg⁻¹, for a total of 12 observation (3 biological replicates for 4 lupin samples) and 6 variables (LAs); no missing data were present in the dataset. One-way ANOVA was performed to calculate the p-value, comparing both lupin samples of different sizes and also lupins with the same caliber but different farming origin, by multiple comparisons for each observed LA.
