Immunoblotting Analysis of Signaling Proteins

Cells were collected at 48 hours after transfection and performed a standard steps as previously described^{13 (link)}. Antibodies were used at the following dilutions and obtained from Santa Cruz Biotechnologies (CBL, 1:500; MET, 1:1000; EGFR, 1:1000; Ubiquitin, 1:1000; HA, 1:1000; and β-actin, 1:2000), Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA) (p-EPHA2 Y772, 1:1000; p-CD79A Y182, 1:1000), Abcam (Cambridge, MA) (p-p85 Y607, 1:500), and OriGene Technologies (Rockville, MD) (p-PECAM Y713, 1:500). The immunoblotting results were quantified by ImageJ and Quantity Once software (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA).
