The primary outcome index includes Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody (TPOAb), Thyroglobulin Antibody (TGAb), Serum Free Triiodothyronine (FT3), Serum Free Thyroxine (FT4), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH). Secondary outcome measures include Serum Anti-thyroid Microsomal Antibody (MCA), Serum Anti-thyroid Peroxidase Antibody (TGA), Hospital Anxiety Scale (HADS-A), Hospital Depression Scale (HADS-D) and Thyroid Iodine Uptake.
