Konagataeibacter nataicola RZS01 Culture and Characterization

Sulfamic acid (99.5%) and calcium chloride anhydrous (96%) were purchased from Aladdin Reagent Co (China, Beijing). Urea, sodium hydroxide (NaOH, 96%) and gelatin (pH 5.0 to 7.0, ≥99.5) was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd (Shanghai, China). N,N-dimethylformamide (>99.9%) was purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was purchased from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). All the chemicals were used without further purification if no further specification was given. The microorganism used in this study was Konagataeibacter nataicola RZS01 [20 (link)], which was initially isolated from natural sources and stocked in our laboratory [21 (link)].
