Western blotting (WB) was performed according to a standard method as described previously [25 (link)]. The following primary antibodies were used: anti-Trop2 (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN), anti-ERK1/2 and anti-phospho-ERK1/2 (Cell Signaling Technology, Beverly, MA), anti-p38, anti-phospho-p38, anti-JNK, and anti-phospho-JNK (Abcam, Cambridge, MA), and anti-α-tubulin (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO).
