Comprehensive Characterization of Coumarin Probe

Steady-state fluorescence measurements and UV-Vis spectrophotometric measurements were performed on a Tecan Infinite 200 microplate reader (Tecan Austria GmbH, Grödig/Salzburg, Austria). The NMR spectrum of the coumarin-derived probe was acquired on a Bruker Avance III spectrometer (500 MHz), using DMSO⁻d6 as a solvent. The infrared spectra were recorded in the region of 4000 cm⁻¹ to 400 cm⁻¹ on a Shimadzu IR Spirit Fourier-Transform Infrared spectrophotometer equipped with an ATR adapter. HPLC-ESI-MS analyses were performed on an LCMS-8030 mass spectrometer (Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan), according to the method described previously [34 (link)]. All HPLC-MS analyses were performed in a positive ion mode.
